Director of ERGO Hestia's Sustainable Development Office
Graduate in Engineering (Industrial and Management Systems Engineer) from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Monterrey, Monterrey Mexico (1994). He has been involved in insurance for more than 28 years. From 1995 to 1998 he worked for the insurance company ABA Seguros in Mexico where he was, among other things, responsible for Reinsurance. In 1997, he completed a one-year training programme at Munich Re. He joined ERGO Hestia in 1998 and worked in the Reinsurance Office. In 1999 he took the position of Director of Hestia Kontakt (Customer Service Centre), and then in 2004 he became Director of the Sales Office of non-life insurance companies of ERGO Hestia. Between 2006 and 2007, he developed sales in the area of life insurance for individual customers, and then between 2007 and 2015, he developed the direct sales project (including the implementation of the You Can Drive brand). During this time, he also led the health insurance project. Since 2016, as Director of Sustainability, he has been implementing the Sustainability Strategy (ESG) in the ERGO Hestia Group. He is responsible for ESG and Responsible Business projects, including the company's environmental policy and environmental management system.
