Director of the Department of Electromobility and Hydrogen Management at the Ministry of Climate and Environment
Szymon Bylinski is the Director of the Department of Electromobility and Hydrogen Economy in the Ministry of Climate and Environment and a graduate of the National School of Public Administration. As an employee of the Ministry of Economy and then the Ministry of Energy, he was responsible for fuel market regulations, alternative fuel infrastructure and fuel quality. He was chairman of the ministerial team on fuel quality and alternative fuels. He is a co-author of key documents for the development of electromobility in Poland: the Act of 11 January on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels, the National Framework for Alternative Fuels Infrastructure. Currently, as Director of the Department, he is responsible for the regulation of the electromobility market and for the Polish hydrogen strategy.
