External energy expert of the European Commission, Chair of the FCP Scientific Council

Doctor of Economics. Currently responsible for the involvement of citizens in energy management processes in municipalities. She holds a master's degree in management and production engineering (PŁ) and geography (UŁ). She is involved in a wide range of consulting in the field of renewable energy and energy management. She is responsible for the efficient implementation of an energy management system in municipalities based on public participation in local energy - civic energy.
As an external energy expert for the European Commission's Horizon 2020 programme, he evaluates proposals coming in from all over Europe, thus influencing the shape of energy policy and ongoing projects in Europe. She actively supports the development of renewable and civic energy through her participation in numerous conferences, movements or organisations for climate protection (Climate Kic), civic energy (More than Energy) or civil society (Inspro).
She has authored numerous articles published in periodicals and books on energy and governance. In 2015, she was a speaker at TEDx in Łódź, where she inspired the audience to co-create civic energy.
Among others, she works with municipal authorities, entrepreneurs and hundreds of people who she advises on the implementation of renewable energy and energy management projects.
She represents the Clean Air Foundation as its Chair of the Scientific Council.
She developed her experience in Italy in the energy department of Bologna, carrying out the implementation of regional energy strategies.
