He started his professional career at EdS-PL, a company belonging to the Belgian industrial group TRACTEBEL / WATCO, participating in the launch of the group's waste management activities in Poland. Among other things, he was responsible for new projects.
He was involved in the launch of recycling projects in several cities and became a Board Member of a company dedicated to this activity.
Since 1996, he held the position of Commercial Director in the first company in Poland processing on an industrial scale hazardous waste into alternative fuels for cement plants.
He has been associated with Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku since 2001 in the position of Recovery Director, and has been a Board Member of the organisation since 2005. In 2014, he was elected President of the Management Board of Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A.
