WOJCIECH RACIĘCKI
Director of the Division for the Development of Innovative Programme Management Methods at NCRD.
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Telecommunications Department. Over the years, he has implemented numerous projects in the telco industry and, for several years, also in the field of air protection. He headed the Educational Networks Division at the National Research Institute NASK, developing, the National Educational Network and supervising the development of the ESA Educational Anti-Smog Network. He is currently the Director of the Division for the Development of Innovative Programme Management Methods at the NCRD.
