Wojciech Skowyrski
Director of the Investment Preparation and Implementation Department of the State Waterways National Water Management Authority Wody Polskie
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology with a specialisation in hydraulic engineering.
He has 40 years of experience in designing and constructing hydrotechnical, structural and architectural structures. He is a co-author of several dozen projects including the Racibórz Dolny Flood Control Reservoir, Kuźnica Warężyńska Water Reservoir, Libczyce Water Stop, modernisation of the Katowice Water Treatment Plant, modernisation of the Brzeg Dolny Water Stop, modernisation of the Januszkowice, Wróblin, Zwanowice Water Stops. He holds hydrotechnical and general construction and architectural design qualifications. For 25 years he held the positions of Designer, General Designer, Studio Manager and Director of the Design Office and for 10 years of Construction Manager.
Currently, he is Director of the Investment Preparation and Execution Department at the State Water Company Wody Polskie, supervising investments in water management throughout the country.
