Elżbieta Anuszewska

Head of the Waste Management Division at the Department of Waste Management, Emissions and Integrated Permits of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Marshal's Office in Warsaw

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Sanitary and Water Engineering (specialisation: Water Supply, Sewage and Waste Neutralisation) and postgraduate managerial studies for public administration at Warsaw University - Faculty of Management. Engaged in environmental protection throughout her professional life. Her first place of employment was the Voivodship Office in Siedlce, Department of Environmental Protection. She went on to work at "Polkolor" Colour Cathode Ray Tubes Plant in Piaseczno in the Environmental Protection Department and Investment Department. 
Since 2002, employee of the Mazowieckie Voivodship’s Marshal's Office in Warsaw. Currently Head of Waste Management Division in the Department of Waste Management, Emissions and Integrated Permits. Responsible for developing the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan, including the programme for asbestos removal, as well as administrative proceedings.
Since 2011 member of the Waste Management Working Group operating within the national network of environmental authorities and institutions managing EU Partnership: Environment for Development funds.
